1. Light your grill and set it for indirect cooking. Heat it to 300 degrees.
2. While it is heating up, take a fork and poke your chicken several times all over. This tenderizes the meat. Then cover it generously with vegetable oil. This keeps it from sticking. Then sprinkle the seasoning all over each breasts. Be as generous as you want.
3. Place chicken on your grill and close the lid. Check every 15 minutes and turn as needed. Remove the chicken after 45 minutes.
